Clinical Team Lead For Autism And Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Kestrel House School in Crouch End, London.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and providing high-quality clinical services to our students with autism and complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or Psychology, and be registered with the HCPC.
They will also have experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs, as well as experience in report writing, supervision, and team management.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
You will also work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to ensure the integration of the service into the day-to-day running of the provision.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
