About the Role As a Clinical Team Lead - Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students who present with complex profiles of need.
Working closely with our onsite clinical team, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans that cater to their unique requirements.
Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional with a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Your expertise in working with neurodivergent children is essential, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in this field.
You will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Your primary focus will be on delivering the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupils' needs.
You will contribute to staff training and consultation, working within the framework of our service policies and procedures.
Key Requirements A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
A minimum of 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children.
Clear and concise report writing skills relating to clinical and research activities.
Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
A full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
