Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic Clinical Team at The Tower School, Essex.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will contribute to the integration of our service into the day-to-day running of each provision, supporting the development of creative and individual interventions for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities: * Deliver wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategies at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting EHCPs * Support the development of collaborative working relationships with education professionals * Contribute to the creation of a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish * Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Psychotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to achieve excellent outcomes Required Skills and Qualifications: * Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree * Experience in complex communication issues relating to autism, including language disorder, dyspraxia, sensory impairment, learning disabilities/difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour * Strong report writing skills for clinical and research activities * Hold a full UK driving licence, with access to a car (Desirable) Benefits: * Up to £53,200 per annum salary (dependent on experience) * £3000 Welcome Bonus * £2000 training allowance for continued professional development * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave package * Access to flexible benefits platform offering health, wellbeing, insurance, and discount options About Us: We are Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education, dedicated to empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to thrive.
