The successful applicant should be able to demonstrateexcellent clinical, and communication skills and have experience ofimplementing medicines optimisation, quality and patient safety initiatives andresolving prescribing issues.
You willbe a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council with aminimum of 3 years post qualification experience, who is preferably anIndependent Prescriber.
You must also be computer literate, organised and beable to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be able toprioritise workload, build key relationships and be confident interacting witha wide range of stakeholders such as GPs, Nurses, secondary care clinicians andpatients.
