As a Clinical Lead & Senior Physiotherapist, you have a key responsibility in maintaining and developing Clinical Excellence at Bodyset.
You will hold a clinical caseload for 95% of your diary, providing Physiotherapy care at a Senior level.
You will be led by, and report into, a Regional Lead and you will play a vital role within the Clinical Management Team at Bodyset for the remaining 5% of your time.
Your responsibilities extend beyond individual patient care as you become an ambassador for the Company, providing mentorship for staff, and upholding our clinical standards and service delivery to achieve quality outcomes for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will maintain a clinical caseload at a Senior Physiotherapist level, which will comprise 95% of your diary In the remaining 5% of your time, your responsibilities will be focused upon: 1.
Staff Development, Clinical Performance Oversight and Supervision Oversee Clinical Standards and Service Delivery Collaborate with the Regional Lead to observe team members and provide constructive feedback aligned to Bodyset's Steps of Service Report to the Regional Lead on training needs analysis and identify areas for Clinical Team Development Work with the Clinical Management team to deliver and develop CPD on both Central and Local levels 2.
Compliance & Quality Assurance Together with the Regional Lead, provide accountability for compliance with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations, ensuring audit readiness year-round Continually strive to enhance Clinic Standards and ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience Conduct notes audits in accordance with guidance from the Regional Lead Serve as a primary contact for complaints or issues Be part of the Induction and Training team Ensure adherence to Bodyset's Policies and Procedures 3.
Supervision and Advisory Role Act as a professional advisor to site staff, offering supervision, guidance and ongoing performance evaluation REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Ability to work autonomously, while delivering against Bodyset's clinical pathways.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS Previous evidence of training or mentoring team members Previous experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector.
