Clinical Lead (Nursing Care Home)  Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey Salary: £24.00 per hour (approximately £45K annually) Shifts: Days (8am – 8pm, 3 days on a rota basis) Are you a confident, professional nurse looking to take the next step in your career?

Skills and Attributes of our Clinical Lead: Strong clinical skills and the confidence to lead a team.
Prior management or leadership experience.
Ability to make clinical decisions calmly under pressure.
Passion for promoting best practices and mentoring others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
Education and Qualifications of our Clinical Lead: NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
