Job Description Clinical Lead Nurse Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: £49,500 Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their stunning nursing home.
In this role, the Clinical Lead will ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence within the facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of audits, safeguarding, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), CQC standards, and compliance.
Leveraging your nursing expertise, you will guide and support the nursing staff, fostering an environment of exceptional patient care.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse: Must hold an RGN (Registered General Nurse - Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC standards, and compliance.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Current Nursing Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices and standards.

Conduct Audits and Risk Assessments: Regularly monitor and improve the quality of patient care through comprehensive audits and risk assessments.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to CQC standards and regulations to uphold quality care.
Safeguarding Initiatives: Lead and actively participate in safeguarding initiatives to protect vulnerable individuals.
Mentorship and Training: Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans and ensure seamless care delivery.
Implement DoLS: Support the implementation of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) as necessary.
