Package and Benefits: Annual salary of £49,920 Supernumerary hours and clinical shifts Comprehensive induction and training programme Opportunities for career development and progression Employee Assistance Programme Blue Light Card Scheme with enrolment fee reimbursement Full DBS disclosure paid by the company Uniform provided Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays Paid breaks during working hours Annual NMC PIN renewal paid As a Clinical Lead, you will: Lead and support the nursing team to maintain high standards of clinical care Ensure residents receive the best care through excellent nursing and clinical practices Work closely with management to contribute to clinical delivery Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure Promote best nursing practices and mentor team members Encourage positive working relationships within the team Oversee audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will have: NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team Prior management experience or experience leading a small team Ability to make clinical decisions under pressure Passion for promoting best nursing practices and mentoring others Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance If you have experience as a Nursing Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Nurse Team Leader, Senior Nurse, you might find this Clinical Lead role to be a perfect fit for your skills and aspirations.
