Our inspirational studios are in a recently refurbished mill in Harpenden, 26 minutes by train fro London St Pancras International Station, and within easy access of the M1 (J10) and M35 (J21).

Key responsibilities: As Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in our Client Services Team. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will leverage your leadership, people management, and account management skills to:
Develop, manage, and nurture key relationships with clients and stakeholders. Contribute strategic insights to major project briefs and campaigns. Guide and inspire the wider team, ensuring high performance and the delivery of our promises to clients. Leverage your negotiation and commercial acumen to meet the expectations of both clients and our agency. Proactively identify new business opportunities, fostering organic growth and attracting new clients. Play an active role in winning new business, collaborating with the creative team to deliver exceptional presentations. Support the Client Services Director in resourcing, budgeting, and people management, including performance reviews and objective setting for the team. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a senior client services role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment. Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding client portfolios, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships. Possess a strategic and innovative mindset, adept at uncovering insights beyond the surface level. Excellent communication skills, complemented by strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Confidently delivers proposals and creative pitches at a senior/board level. Skilled in conducting comprehensive research, gaining valuable insights, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned with objectives. Ideally experienced in the medical/healthcare sector, with an in-depth understanding of HCP and patient journeys. Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a thorough grasp of business priorities, financial dynamics and, industry trends across both client and agency sectors. Proficient in performance management and personnel evaluation. Embraces a positive and collaborate approach, combined with a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
