Client Services Analyst

Client Service Analyst - Contract Position overview: The primary objective is to manage client relationships within Trade Settlement, delivering outstanding customer service and efficient loan settlement support to a growing client base.
This role involves meeting tight deadlines and achieving specific targets.
Additionally, it provides valuable exposure to key industry stakeholders, including custodians, and agent banks.
Responsibilities: Review trade documentation, includes trade confirms, assignment agreements, and funding memos for discrepancies prior to settlement including using third party systems.
Manage client portfolio(s)/Agency trades in our loan Trade Settlement outsourcing services.
Coordinate with trade counterparties to receive and review par and distressed trade documentation.
Report client metrics and trends on a monthly basis.
