We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our client to coordinate key administrative tasks across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management.
About the Role As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience from the moment they join.
Your responsibilities will include: Client Acquisition : Efficiently gather and manage financial information from third parties, ensure all documentation is complete and up to date, and support clients through the onboarding process.
Client Liaison : Prepare meeting packs, manage DocuSign documents, process applications, and handle client queries with confidence and professionalism.
Clerical Duties : Provide essential support to colleagues, assist with reception duties, and maintain a tidy and presentable office environment.

The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Confidence in communicating with clients.
A keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
The ability to diligently follow through on tasks to completion.
Experience in the financial advice profession is essential and familiarity with CURO or Transact platforms are a real bonus.
