Client Manager/Practice Accountant Position: Full Time
Location: Office based, near Moorgate Station in London

Our team of adaptable and highly driven individuals are passionate in helping drive change – now we're looking to expand our young, ambitious team by finding a new Client Manager to further support our growth (350% growth in the past 12-months!).

With a history of growing and scaling Professional Service businesses, Jump Accounting was set up in September 2021 and is now consistently growing by 30-40 clients month-on-month.
This put us on track to double the size of our client base and employee count in the next 12-months.

Jump Accounting is a part of Rise Group, the UK's leading professional service group supporting over 1,500 startups and SMEs across Accounting, Advisory, Tax, Legal & Software Development.

The Role Working with Start-ups, Scale-ups and SMEs, you will be a confident client facing accountant ensuring the following duties are carried out in a proactive and timely manner:
Liaising and managing a portfolio of clients Training and managing a team of between 3-4 of Junior to Semi-Senior Accountants Reviewing Year End Accounts, VAT returns, Payroll Submissions Looking at how you can add further client value through Advisory services Preparing financial forecasts for clients Promoting the firm's wider Advisory services such as R&D Tax Credits, EIS & SEIS, EMI Schemes.
Skills and attributes required for the role include: Qualified ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA (preferred but not essential) Ability to manage multiple deadlines (essential) Previous experience working within a practice or professional services organisation (essential) Experience working with cloud-base Accounting softwares including Xero & Quickbooks (preferred) This role will suit a newly qualified or an individual who is qualified by experience.
The role requires individuals who are self-starters and can make the role into their own.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience and qualification/s)
