They are now on the lookout for an experienced Clerk Of Works to assist on a recent £100m+ development in Luton.
Your new role   As a Clerk Of Works, you will be: Inspecting construction work.
Comparing construction work with plans.
Checking building material quality.
Identifying building defects.
Monitoring progress on site.
Maintaining project records.
What you'll need to succeed   Experience with NEC Supervision services (Preferred) ICWCI membership.
(Preferred) Experience working on big budget projects.
