Job summary Receptionist/Administrator Hours: Flexible - full time is hours per week Monday - Friday - Ranging from (08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:30-18:30) Contract Type: Permanent Base: Kingsway Health Centre, LU4 8BY and Bramingham Park Medical Centre, LU3 4BG Successful applicants will be expected to work at either site.
Main duties of the job We are seeking hardworking, flexible and detail-orientated individuals to join our GP practice based at two sites in Luton.As our patients' first point of contact with the practice, you will need to be confident in dealing with queries in person, online and over the phone, solving problems and adapting to the needs of patients and the practice.This position combines both Medical Receptionist and Administrator duties and will require you to work independently and as part of a team.You will be expected to work to a high standard to ensure that the GP surgery runs effectively and efficiently.
Excellent timekeeping and a good standard of written and spoken English are a must.In return, we will offer you a friendly, supportive work environment with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
