Clean Energy M&A Analyst/Associate | London

Position: Analyst/Associate – Renewable/Clean Energy M&A Location: London We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Associate with at least 1 year of experience in renewable or clean energy M&A to join a dynamic team in London.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the energy sector, and the ability to contribute to deal execution.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence in renewable and clean energy transactions.
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, investment memorandums, and presentations for clients.
Collaborate with senior team members to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Provide insights and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in M&A, specifically in the renewable or clean energy sector.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
