Practice Team Assistant We are excited to be assisting a global law firm, with recruiting juniors into their business taking on the role of a Practice Team Assistant!
These roles work with the PAs and Secretaries in the business, supporting Partners and Associates across various areas of Law.
You will be trained by some of the most experienced Secretaries and PAs in the legal industry, and have the opportunity to develop into a PA role.Key responsibilities include:-Diary management-Global travel management -Meeting coordination-Conference set ups-Production of legal documents-Assistance with billing-File opening/closing-Assistance with BD and Marketing activities -Arranging client lunches/dinnersRequirements:We are looking to speak to candidates who either hold a Cilex level 3 qualification, business administration qualification OR have 6 months experience in a legal environment (this can be front of house, admin, or junior secretarial support).You must have 5 GCSEs at pass level and above including Math and EnglishPlease note, this is not a suitable role for someone aspiring to become a Paralegal, as this role leads down the Secretarial route only.Please apply immediately to be considered!
