Our client, a leading children's hospice in Barnet, North London, is seeking dedicated Band 5 nurses to join their team.
This role offers a competitive salary up to £41,360 per annum , depending on experience.
You'll also receive a generous £5,000 joining bonus spread over three years, with £500 paid on appointment.

As a Children's Hospice Nurse, you'll be responsible for: Providing high-quality, effective patient care in the hospice, children's homes, or community settings.
Planning and reviewing care in collaboration with families to ensure safety.
Acting as an advocate for children and their families.
Ensuring fun and compassion are integral to the care provided.
Following safeguarding policies to maintain safety and confidentiality.
Promoting effective communication and maintaining professional documentation.
Administering medications and maintaining nutritional status.
Participating in governance activities and delivering training.

The ideal Children's Hospice Nurse will have: Registration as a Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch).
Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
Experience in nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
