About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of high-quality care for young people in residential settings, with a strong focus on creating safe, nurturing environments that promote personal development and prepare children for independent living.
They are committed to achieving excellence and are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of their homes.
The Role: As the Children's Home Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and delivering outstanding care to the young people in residence.

Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the home meets and exceeds the standards outlined in the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and achieves positive Ofsted outcomes.
* Lead and develop the staff team, fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.
* Implement a therapeutic approach to care, addressing the needs of young people with attachment or trauma backgrounds.
* Manage budgets, resources, and compliance with organisational policies.
* Act as an advocate for young people, ensuring they receive the support and services required.
* Collaborate with Local Authorities, social workers, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
* Oversee health and safety and ensure the home's structure and resources are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements: * NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent), or a willingness to complete this qualification.
* Proven experience in managing a children's residential home.
* Strong knowledge of therapeutic care practices and an understanding of trauma and attachment.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
