Children And Young People Support Worker

P + S Care and Support are recruiting for Support Workers specifically to work within the Children and Young People Sector.
You will be working with many clients throughout the area, supporting young people in supported living, solo housing, or within residential settings.
We are looking for passionate and eager individuals who can provide first-class care to young people that promotes independence.
Key Responsibilities: Present positive role modeling to encourage young people.
Strengthen trust and build strong relationships.
Follow specific Behaviour Management Plans and Care Plans to safeguard young people.
Inspire and encourage respectful and appropriate behavior.
Ensure all young people are safeguarded.
Listen to all young people.
Encourage and motivate young people to participate in group activities.
Enhance the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
Write clear and detailed follow-up reports.
Accommodate the young person's needs to promote self-reliance and emotional and physical wellbeing.
Pay Scales: £12.50 - £18.00 per hour.
