We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join our team .

Prepare and serve food to a high standard in line with company standards Updating food safety records, organising rotas, stocktaking and ordering To ensure all areas are clean and tidy in accordance with company and legislation standards To ensure minimum wastage Ensure professional image within personal Grooming and Hygiene standards at all times.
Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to the client organisation in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
To ensure we offer a high level of Customer Service in line with Mount Charles professional standards To ensure company policies relating to Sales handling, stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored, taking appropriate action to resolve problems To maintain effective communication with all other departments including, head office and the client.
Ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
The Person: Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
Leads by example and lives our values.
Must have a minimum of one year's experience managing a small team.
Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Ability to ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene, and security legislation and company policies and procedures.
