About the role Job Title: Chef (Must be able to drive) School Location: Based from Jewell Academy (BH8) and travel to Oceans Academy Working Days: Monday to Friday Shifts & Working hours: 9am-3pm (30 hours per week) Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) Pay Details: £12.00-£12.50 per hour What will I be doing?
Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals for Jewell and Oceans Academy Packing the IFG van with the meals, driving to Oceans, helping to serve at the primary school, packing and driving back.
Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+) May include some counter service / till work Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
