What you'll be doing Cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner Assisting the Chef with plating up food and food preperation Support the effective delivery of special functions or events Working well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively.
Following recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals.
Assisting with deliveries and stock checks.
Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
Having full knowledge of all menu items served.
Managing production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage.
Undertaking relevant training as required Experience/Qualifications Relevant culinary qualification desirable Previous experience in a similar role Security checks required Must be eligible to work in the UK Allergen awareness Excellent team player and communicator
