Chef de partie and senior chef de partie are required in Cornwall, live in available, this hotel is within driving distance of Newquay and Wadebridge.
£14 per hour for the chef de partie and £15 per hour for the senior chef de partie.
This works out at £30k - £35k and both 40hr and 45hr contracts are available.
This hotel is all about produce from conrwall and devon and they are big regarding the local seasonal ingredients.
The role As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, the senior chef de partie will run a core section.
2 roles are available.
As a chef de partie and senior chef de partie you will set you section up for service, prep your fridge and cook in service.
This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
