The successful Chef De Partie will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity.
They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Person The Chef De Partie will have: Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
