What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a creative approach to cooking.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
