As Chef de Partie you will be a strong support to the kitchen brigade, assisting with preparation for service, as well as assisting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef during service.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in a similar 4 or 5 hotel environment or Rosette/Michelin restaurant and a passion for excellent food and a desire to develop your cooking skills whilst under the ADZN1_UKCT
