PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROLES ARE IN SAUDI ARABIA Our clients, leading private and government hospitals are looking for Charge Nurses (as well as RNs, Head Nurses, Unit Managers, Nursing Managers, and Directors of Nursing) Role Description This is a full-time charge nurse role based in Saudi Arabia.
The Charge Nurse will lead the nursing team, providing clinical leadership and support to ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards.
This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing nursing staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain efficient and effective care delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
