The position involves providing leadership support to the team on a day to day basis and to support the Integrated Community Lead as required.Southern Parishes ICT is part of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and work as an Integrated Community Care Team including, Community Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, Frailty Team.
