You will be working as part of a change team embedding new digital projects and advances in the epr system to ward and department is an exciting time to join the digital team we enter into the next level of optimization and enhancing the patient record by working with clinical staff to streamline workflows and improve the record to increase patient safety and quality.
in turn, providing assurance to our multi-disciplinary team that the record they produce provides the information they need in both the present day and the future.
Main duties of the job The post holder will a key member of the Change team, whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support digital Projects in delivering clear and effective change information to colleagues across the Trust.
You must have: experience of working in a clinical environmentexcellent communication skillsbe organised and able to manage your timebuild relationships with clinical staffbe able to speak in front of an audience embedding change and facilitating workshops.

Job description Job responsibilities Communicating effectively with staff in the organisation at all levelsOrganising meetings and change events with operational staff within CHFT organisations and outside organisations as requiredOrganising, coordinating and facilitating Change and Engagement workshops.Working closely with operational colleagues to ascertain new ways of working following the introduction projects, and clearly communicating these changes both verbally and in written format.Working with operational areas to highlight changes to their department.
This will require an ability to engage, actively listen, understand concerns and address them in a positive manner, referring to senior colleagues when appropriate.To inform and support service areas.Gathering feedback from operational staff following events to analyse and learn what went well, what didnt and use this information for future events and share information and lessons learned with project team colleagues.Working closely with Communication Team to highlight key project milestones and activities to promote projects.Ability to work flexibly across site and different shift time based on project delivery need.
Person Specification QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING Essential Degree or equivalent experience English and Maths qualification (GCSE) or equivalent Desirable IT skills KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE Essential Recent relevant experience within a clinical environment A good level of IT literacy with Microsoft Office Package experience Ability to deliver effective training to staff members within the trust and partner organisations Ability to work accurately under pressure Desirable Specialist experience of change & in the improvement of business processes Experience of process mapping and current state analysis COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES) Essential Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with staff at all levels Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and effective manner Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality Understanding of equality and diversity issues and how this affects patients, visitors and staff Specialist knowledge and expertise in a range of hospital processes and practices Knowledge of hospital information systems and how they are implemented or used in practice Understanding of project management or service improvement methodology
