Working Hours: A choice of shifts weekly within the times listed.
Monday – Sunday: 06:45 – 16:30, 15:00 – 22:15 Key Responsibilities: Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the specified hours.
