We are currently hiring for a client in Swansea.
Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW) Location: Swansea Salary: £12.40 - £13.00 per hour (based on experience and young people's needs) Contracted Hours: 39 hours per week Our client is committed to providing the highest standard of care to young people.
What We're Looking For Driving License: Essential.
All staff must be drivers.
Health and Social Care Experience: We welcome candidates from any HSC background.

Shift Patterns Days: Shifts run from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (long day shifts) Sleep-In Shifts: From 7:00 pm to 8:30 am Flexible and varied shift patterns, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
