The role of Cell Leader will be responsible for the following areas:
To manage and motivate production operativesPerformance management, staff development set clear objectivesOptimising production capacity and output using lean manufacturing techniquesSet and monitor KPI's on shop floorEnsure operational output, quality and cost targets are metWe will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills for this Cell Leader role:
