About the Role
Role: Community Care Worker
Location: South Shields
Pay: up to £17.17 per hour depending on shift and role
This position requires regular shifts of either 11am-2pm and 7pm-10pm
Due to a genuine occupational requirement, this position is open to female applicants only.

What You'll Do
We are looking for experienced Community Care Workers to support a lady with autism and a range of other complex needs.
Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity Companionship: Being a friendly face and a comforting presence Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible Medication Support: Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
We understand that each person's needs are different, and that's why we focus on delivering care that's as unique as they are.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who have:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
