We are currently looking for SENIOR PRODUCT TECHNOLOGIST, to join a well-established player within food and drinks manufacturing industry, with a large export division.

In this role, you will design, validate, and implement new products and line extensions while ensuring compliance with safety standards and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Conduct consumer benchmarking, generate new product ideas, and create targeted product briefs.
Develop robust product specifications and troubleshoot effectively.
Project Management: Manage medium complexity projects independently, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards.
Technical Support: Oversee stability studies, conduct trials at various scales, and facilitate knowledge transfer from R&D to operations.
Continuous Improvement: Approve Quality Control Samples, perform product analyses, and engage in problem-solving initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering with MIN 5+ years of product development experience; .
Skills: Strong knowledge of food technology, flavor chemistry, and GMPs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in the biscuits/ wafers category is preferable.
