Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator * Supporting our 8 customers with diverse Mental Health diagnoses * There is plenty for you to do and get involved in, from escorting customers to appointments to liaising with care teams, empowering our customers to engage in their support planning and recovery.
* One shift you could be cooking a meal, the next attending a care review!

You bring * Flexibility to work at short notice, as you'll be the one picking your next shift.
* You're a real people person, confident to work and get on with colleagues.
* You'll have experience of supporting vulnerable people * You have a positive "can do" attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
* You'll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.

Our friendly team works alongside customers with a diverse range of mental health diagnoses, and we are all super passionate about what we do!
Job details * Flexible working hours * Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
* You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
