Sofitel London St James invites enthusiastic individuals to join our prestigious team as Conference & Banqueting Waiting Staff.
You'll play a key role in ensuring memorable experiences for our guests during conferences, banquets, and special events.
Responsibilities: Provide top-notch service to guests attending conferences, banquets, and events.
Set up and maintain event spaces to meet our high standards of presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
Serving of meals, beverages, and refreshments during events.
Manage the flow of service to maintain a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Clear and reset tables efficiently, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
Anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
