Cash Operations Senior Specialist

Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the bank open item for their designated region, covering both Oracle & SAPKey contact for the outsourcing team with the management of open reconciling items, and supporting with queriesConduit for their region, host weekly calls with their respective regionProvide clear status updates/Commentary and action plans to ensure open items are currentReviewing the bank reconciliationsPreparation of the month end master reconciliation trackerHelp drive continuous improvement to Cash Ops processesEnsure DTP's are updated to the offshore teamProviding ad hoc assistance to the Cash Operations Team Leader / ManagerQualificationsExperience we're looking for:Strong excel KnowledgePrevious experience using SAP or Oracle ERPsBasic Accounting knowledgeHighly adaptable to changeStrong communication skillAbility to complete tasks to a high standard in a time sensitive environmentKnowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions advantageousAdditional InformationWe work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
