Case Officer - Part Time

Aster Group is offering an exciting part-time opportunity to be part of a new team of Case Officers. The role consists of taking ownership of service requests and complaints. You will be working closely with colleagues and customers to conduct thorough investigations to arrive at a fair resolution that delivers a compliant, customer-focused complaint service.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep the customer informed, including writing formal complaint response letters. You'll be organized and effectively manage your case load and commitments to ensure timely resolution and proactive customer communication.
You will work closely with operational leaders to deliver complaint resolution and identify learning to improve service delivery.
The nature of this role enables flexible working, and you are able to work from home. You will be required to work over core hours, working at least four days per week.

There is regular travel to our offices for team meetings, training, or working together days.
