The Role The main duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant role will consist of the following: Processing invoices; match, batch and code.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Procesing payments.
Liaising with suppliers and dealing with queries.
Maintaining supplier accounts and records.
Supporting with adhoc duties.
Requirements To be considered for the Accounts Payable Assistant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes: Must have experience within an accounts payable/purchase ledger role.
AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
Good attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Good team player.
Highly organised.
Adaptable.
Salary & Benefits £24,000 - £27,000 annual salary Hybrid working; 1 day from home Pension scheme.
