Case Manager (Mortgage & Protection)

First Time Finance was founded in late 2023 by Ripley Salgueiro and work under Stonebridge Mortgage Network.
We are focused on helping people who have moved to the UK within the last 5 years to buy their first home here and provide expert mortgage & protection advice in this area.
Despite having started less than 12 months ago, Ripley and First Time Finance have embedded themselves within the niche space and are growing quickly.
Role Description This is a Full-Time fully remote role for a Case Manager (Mortgage & Protection) at First Time Finance.
The role involves working directly with myself, Ripley Salgueiro, and our small team to manage the entire client's experience from submitting mortgage & protection applications, to coordinating with clients, insurers & lenders and ensuring compliance files are completed timely.

Ideal Start Date - ASAP *Mortgage admin experience of 2 years + is desired.
The ideal candidate will: Already be a Case Manager within a mortgage brokerage with at least 2 years experience Have experience with protection and GI Be proactive and desire more responsibility Want to be part of our vision and grow with us Be process driven and keen to improve Want their work to really have an impact on others' lives Have the ability to work from home effectively
