Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care.
This is a permanent, part-time position (5 hours per week) based in Berkshire, with the possibility of progression to a full-time contract.
About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, and other professionals, to deliver tailored interventions and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification Experience of working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car Benefits £2000 training allowance Life assurance Pension scheme with options to increase contributions Mental health support services Flexible benefits platform offering a range of health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
