Main duties of the job Role of the job: To support service users with their physical, personal and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential.
Preparation and serving of meals / drinks Administer medication (appropriate training given) Communicating with service users and colleagues report writing and sharing of information Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/ reviewed Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings.
