Care Professional Part-Time, 7Am Start

Job Description Would you like to be a companion to an older adult in your local community?
Perhaps you have had personal experience of helping a family member and would like to use your experience to help others.
We support our community in the comfort of their own homes – where they want to be!
Maybe you've worked in in care before, but were frustrated by the lack of continuity in your work?
At Home Instead Walsall & Great Barr we work 'one to one' with our clients, allowing professional friendships to develop.
This is backed up by award winning training, such as our specialist dementia training and end of life training - both accredited by City & Guilds.
Day to day Care Professional responsibilities can include: Aspects of personal care (toileting, assisting with personal hygiene) Meal preparation Medication prompts Homecare support Companionship including accompanying the client to shops, pharmacies and attending social groups and other activities The care we provide at Home Instead is based around 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
We are flexible around hours; we do require the alternate weekend (Saturday and Sunday.)
We are looking for our new addition to the Home Instead to have availability from 7am Monday - Friday.
This is a part time position and you can expect to be working up to 16 hours.  Qualifications You don't need prior experience - we recruit people of all ages who have a positive attitude and are passionate about providing tip top care.  We encourage people from different sectors to apply, whether that is: retail, hospitality, childcare, customer service, delivery driving.

What we do need from you is the  Right to Work in the UK  and to hold a valid  full UK driving license  with  access to your own vehicle.
