Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Weymouth, United Kingdom.
This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential non-medical support services, enabling them to maintain their independence at home.Embark on daily adventures in client care, from sprucing up personal grooming to whipping up delicious mealsBecome a ray of sunshine in our clients' lives, spreading cheer and positive vibes throughout their dayPlay chauffeur and social butterfly, accompanying clients on exciting outings and appointmentsChannel your inner detective to keep a watchful eye on clients' well-being, reporting any changes to our care coordinatorFlex your empathy muscles and adapt to each client's unique needs like a care chameleonPutting first, dignity and independence, enhancing our clients' quality of lifeAs Care Professionals we receive: Competitive rates of pay up to £14.25 per hour.Paid Waiting time up to 1 hour.Travel time paid.Minimum of 1-hour visitsHealth Cash Plan and an Employee Assistant ProgrammeFull training provided and paid.Paid Introduction and shadow shifts.Continuous team supportPersonal development plans to support your career growth.Shopping perks and other employee benefits.Free advice and counselling 24/7We are looking for someone with good availability throughout that is looking for around 30 hours + per week.You are required to work every other weekend.QualificationsExperience in supporting older people a minimum of 1 year preferred but not neccesary You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
