You will be working supernumerary hours 40 hours per week You will support and deputise for the Home Manager and you will provide inspiring leadership to your colleagues including 3 unit managers and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care.
You will be a confident nurse and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.
