We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our head office team in Great Dunmow on a full-time basis.
Monday to Friday (in addition to out of hours on call when rostered paid separately in addition) Salary competitive dependent on experience.

The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the provision of the highest quality care and support for the more vulnerable members of the community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities To organise, coordinate and supervise care delivery To provide leadership to care staff within the service To facilitate the onboarding of new service users including undertaking risk assessments and care plans To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may, from time-to-time, be required to maintain practices Ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the service Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for service users To assist in growing the business Required Skills Previous experience in care Microsoft Office proficient Ability to learn new IT systems Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills The highest standards of work Reliable with an excellent work ethic Respect the individuality and confidentiality of the staff and service users Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check Strong team player Good standard of spoken and written English If you share our values and are seeking a rewarding job with excellent rates of pay and career progression, then dont hesitate, apply to joinMaplewood Independent Living today!
