About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Time Care Coordinator at our Winsford Office...Are you passionate about supporting people in your local community and working with Support Workers to assist our clients to live independently in their own home?As a leading care provider, we have an opportunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to support the Winsford Branch, working 37.5 hours per week, to improve the lives of our clients.This is an exciting time to join a family friendly Company who is expanding and seeking to organically grow the care service across the area.

Joining Starcare you will not just be joining a Care Company; it's a family who supports clients and staff.Job OpportunityYou will be involved in a variety of care duties involving:Working with the Registered Manager to ensure weekly staffing rotas match the client's needs;Ensure that all clients visits are covered on a daily basis;Organise Senior Quality Visits;Complete all office records relating to care;Manage the Branch KPI'sCommunicate with the designated Branch Support Workers regarding changes relating to client's needs.Essential SkillsAbout you …We are looking for warm, charismatic and friendly individuals who are seeking to support care staff make a difference to our clients lives.
