Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for Care Assistants working Monday to SundayAre you kind, caring and want to make a difference?Then come join our Team!Hours : Monday to Sunday - Evenings and Weekends5 out of 7 days - every 2nd weekend off.Evenings: Between 5pm - 10pmWeekends: Between 9-1pm and/or 5-10pm**Driving license essential with access to vehicle**Responsibilities include:Minimum 1 hour visits.Introductions to all clientsVisiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and our client's have continuity.Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favourite board games etc, to going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.Personal care -Supporting clients with every day routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent.Medication support – prompting, assisting etc.Benefits include:Rate of pay £13.00 per hour.Mileage contributionPaid travel timeGuaranteed hour contracts available.Continuity of clientsAuto enrolment pension scheme.Full training given where we provide award training and opportunities to develop your career.Employee Assistant Programme- access to employee support lines.Exclusive discounts – High street stores, Supermarkets.
