Job summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Assistant who can commit to looking after our residents' health, wellbeing and happiness.
You'll be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust and joy with a real passion to make someone's day.
We have a full-time night role available.
You will be able to work some day shifts as well if that suits, and if you are relatively new to care, some of your training may initially involve some daytime-work.
Responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will include helping with residents' nighttime routine Serving food that has been freshly prepared by our chef Tidying resident's rooms Answering help bells Assisting with dressing and personal care You will be reliable, dependable and a team player who is willing to help others and will genuinely want to make a difference You must present a culture of professionalism, positivity and passion for the industry we work in.

Required skills: Excellent communication, including written and spoken English.
