We are looking for a very talented EA who has the following:1:1 C-suite experience within FINANCIAL SERVICES ONLY5 years+ of finance experienceA degreeHappy with being officed based (in the City) 5 days per weekA CV with longevity in roles (ideally 5 years plus in your last role)This role is a true right hand/1:1 position with occasional support to other C-suite members too.

The key responsibilities are as follows:Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in important matters, including planning events and scheduling meetings and appointments for ExecutiveDrive projects with limited supervision from Executive and Central teamMaintain calendarCreate project status reports and presentations for executivesCompile and disseminate project documentation and reports as requiredOrganize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning dutiesArrange travel needs through internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for the executive and teamAnswer phones and retrieve voicemails dailyManage, organize and maintain accurate filesAct as liaison between Executive and business colleagueSkillset Requirements:Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skillsProven record of successful problem solvingExcellent critical thinking and analytical skillsSuperior organizational skills and record-keeping, and strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy levelRequires some flexibility with work scheduleAdaptable, flexible to changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and related softwareBachelor's degree required The Executive this role is supporting is impressive with high standards but also incredibly nice and a great communicator.
